**Roles and Responsibilities**
Looking for a assistant who has some experience in operations, administration, liasioning, coordination, financial reporting etc.
Should be interested to take up a more challenging assignment in coordinating travel related activities of the business owner.
Need a dynamic individual who can travel and work closely with the CEO
Plan and Schedule next-day activities for the CEO.
Preparing documents and reports for business meetings with customers.
Travel and attend meetings and/or presentations and take minutes of meetings.
Travelling to 4-5 cities in India and Dubai for business improvement
Receiving official visitors and arranging for necessary hospitality services.
We would like to consider talented persons for this important position.
Has well stocked business dress attire
Multi-lingual (English, Hindi a must). Other languages optional.
Physically fit and available for regular travel to other cities for official works
Smart, charming, and presentable who can carry herself well in any situation, especially in business meetings with corporate houses / managers.
Should be able to use tact, charm and persuasive skills to negotiate and achieve business objectives.
Comfortable using computer and office productivity software like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Knowledge of other software would be a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills may be considered for internship.
