The role of an Operation Executive typically involves overseeing and managing various operational tasks and processes within a logistics or transportation company. The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the organization, but here is a general outline of the job description:
1. **Coordination and Execution**:Coordinate and execute operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This may include managing transportation schedules, coordinating with drivers and staff, and monitoring the progress of shipments.

2. **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of operational activities, such as consignment details, transportation documents, and inventory records. Ensure proper documentation is prepared, maintained, and updated as required.

3. **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to track inventory movements, conduct stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

4. **Customer Service**:Interact with customers and address their queries or concerns related to operations. Provide updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any other relevant information. Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

5. **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency enhancement. Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.

6. **Compliance and Safety**:Adhere to legal and safety regulations pertaining to transportation and logistics. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1-5 years**

**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE OWN TWO WHEELER**

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
