Job description:

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are hiring a results-driven Operations Executive to oversee and manage core logistics activities including dispatch coordination, inventory tracking, and client service. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of supply chain operations, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Dispatch Coordination:
  • Manage daily vehicle dispatches, shipment tracking, and ensure timely deliveries. Liaise with transporters and warehouse teams to avoid delays and ensure service accuracy.
  • Inventory & Order Management:

Monitor stock levels and maintain up-to-date inventory records. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for order fulfillment and restocking.

  • Customer Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding delivery schedules, status updates, and operational queries. Address issues with a focus on timely resolution and service excellence.Identify areas for improvement in logistics workflows. Prepare and maintain operational reports and share key metrics with senior management.Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. Support internal audits and implement quality control checks.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or operations
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
