Looking for a purchase executive who has good communication skill in English, Hindi and Tamil.
- Preparation of PO / WO / PO-WO amendments - All BU s / subsidiaries
- Maintaining records pertaining to vendor’s KYC documents
- Maintaining records pertaining to PO supporting documents for the audit purpose
- Assisting the buyers to do follow-up with the suppliers
- Maintaining DCNs issued by the QA team against various purchase orders
- Maintaining and updating approved vendor list for the solar business

**Desired Profile**
- Any graduate with minimum 1 to 7 years’ experience in SCM
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Hindi & English languages
- Hands on experience in MS Office, words, excel, power point
- Hands on experience in data base management

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- purchase: 2 years (required)
