We are **Digital Weight Management Services Company** with operations in 50+ countries. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Human Resource Manager** to join our dynamic weight loss management company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support the onboarding process** by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- **Assist in tracking employee performance metrics** and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internship or experience in HR is mandatory.
