We’re looking for interns who have an interest in Corporate and allied laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Statutory compliances under Companies Act, LLP Act, SEBI, Listing and RBI regulations, FEMA, Labour Law, SEZ, Trust, NGOs, GPCB and so on.
- Complying with various Secretarial Standards prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Maintain Secretarial Records and Statutory Register.
- Drafting and vetting of agreements.
- Communication with various Stakeholders like Shareholders, Government Regulators, authorities etc.
- Responsible for all company secretarial functions, duties & responsibilities and dealing one to one with the client.
- Any other work related to secretarial/compliance matters as may be assigned
- **Qualifications & Relevant Skills**:

- Pursuing CS/LLB
- Sound Knowledge of Companies Act, LLP Act, SEBI, Listing and RBI regulations, FEMA, Labour Law, SEZ, Trust, NGOs, GPCB and so on.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
