**Responsibilities**:
**Storyboard Interpretation**: Review and understand storyboards, scripts, or concepts to develop a clear understanding of the animation requirements and objectives.

**Character and Object Animation**: Create fluid and expressive character animations, including movement, facial expressions, and gestures. Animate various objects, backgrounds, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

**Timing and Pacing**: Ensure proper timing and pacing of animations to maintain consistency and convey emotions effectively.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the art director, animation director, and other team members to ensure animations align with the overall artistic vision and style of the project.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard animation software (such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools) to create 2D animations.

**Iteration and Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve animations throughout the production process.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and address technical and creative challenges that may arise during the animation process.

**Deadlines and Time Management**: Manage workload effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

**Research and Development**: Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, trends, and tools to enhance animation quality and efficiency.

**Documentation**: Maintain organized files and documentation of animation assets, versions, and progress.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: A degree or diploma in animation, fine arts, graphic design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your 2D animation skills and a variety of animation styles.

**Animation Skills**: Proficient in 2D animation principles, character design, rigging, and movement. Knowledge of traditional animation techniques is a plus.

**Software Proficiency**: Experience with animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools.

**Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and adapt animation techniques to suit different styles and project requirements.

**Communication**: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interpret feedback.

**Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistency throughout animations.

**Time Management**: Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
