Overview of the Role and Responsibilities

The motion graphic designer is responsible for:

- Understanding designs and developing high-quality videos
- Developing creative and unique designs for 2D visuals and motion graphics
- Using various graphic and video designing tools and software
- Handling and managing multiple projects
- Adhering to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
- Basic camera handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- 1-3 years prior experience of motion graphics work
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software
- Visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
- Passion for motion design and storytelling
- Good communication skills
- Decent English language skills
- Attention to detail in whatever work is assigned
- Openness to learn and share within team on how to get better
