Roles and Responsibilities
Regular coordination with international buyers from sample approval to the execution of bulk orders.
Constructive negotiation with the vendors/suppliers for the requirements of the goods/accessories.
Documentation and safe keeping of approved order records.
Product Development
- Sourcing, capacity planning, Time and action plan, costing
Production - Troubleshooting issues that come up in production, order management
Maintaining vendor relationship
Strong hold over the product categories
Must have experience in the hard goods category.
Good communication skill, presentable, smart
Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
Developing and implementing business, marketing, and retail sales.
- To handle the individual buyer account.
- Follow-ups with factories.
- Buyer communication.
- Responsible for timely execution and dispatch of the order.
Preferable Education -NIFT
Preferable industries - Hard goods, handicraft, home décor
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Urban Estate Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
