Hospital Pharmacist

**Responsibilities**:
- Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions or adverse effects.
- Provide medication education and counseling to patients and families.
- Participate in rounds and clinical discussions with healthcare team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medication policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete medication records.
- Stay up-to-date on current best practices in pharmacy and pharmacotherapy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current and active license to practice pharmacy in the state of [State].
- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,547.20 per month
