Roles and Responsibilities- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Defining the vision for the team’s product
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Effective Grooming of user stories with Team.
- Responsible for PO acceptance of stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Qualifications for Product Owner- Minimum 3 years experience as a product owner in the industry
- Experience working on HCM products is a MUST.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends and competition analysis
- Ability to define and categorize MVP
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Understanding of design quality standards
- Ability to work with large teams
- Ability to prioritize effectively
