**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for students and parents.
- Assess student needs, interests, and academic background to suggest appropriate programs.
- **Lead Management**:

- Ensure timely responses and personalized follow-ups to maximize enrollment.
- **Admission Process Coordination**:

- Assist students in completing admission forms, documentation, and fee submissions.
- Keep students updated on admission status, deadlines, and required formalities.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and career counseling sessions.
- Conduct webinars, seminars, and workshops to create awareness about the institution and its programs.
- Develop promotional materials and contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- **Student Engagement and Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants.
- Address concerns, queries, and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure student satisfaction and retention through continuous support and guidance.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on admission trends, conversion rates, and student feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the admission process and student experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine admission strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
