Marketing Executive

Rolling Arrays is a leading provider of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, helping enterprises streamline HR processes with innovative, AI-first solutions. We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Executive** with hands-on **WordPress** and **SEO** experience to join our team and contribute to our digital presence and marketing efforts.

**YOUR ROLE**:
**Website Management**: Manage, update, and optimize the company’s WordPress website, ensuring high performance and SEO best practices.
- **SEO & Analytics**: Implement and monitor SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content for search engines. Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and improve website performance.
- **Content & Social Media**: Assist in content creation, publishing blog posts, and managing social media engagement across platforms (especially LinkedIn and YouTube).
- **Digital Marketing Support**: Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns and maintain digital assets.
- **SAP Portal Management**: Help managing SAP partnership**related tasks on and off SAP portal.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3+ years of experience in **SEO, WordPress website management,** **and digital marketing.**Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools** (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of **social media engagement strategies** and content marketing.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, or website optimization** is a plus.
- Understanding of basic design is important.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Sincere and diligent reporting skills.
