**Job Title**:Accounts Payable Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify invoices and payment requests.
- Maintain records of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and clarifications.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments (NEFT/RTGS).
- Assist with month-end closing and provide reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS/GST).
- Assist in internal and external audits related to accounts payable.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Good understanding of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
