The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions on digital marketing concepts and techniques. The trainer will help individuals and teams develop essential skills to succeed in the digital marketing space by covering a wide range of topics, from content creation and SEO to social media strategies and paid ads.
- **Course Development**: Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and resources to ensure they are aligned with current industry trends and best practices.
- **Assessments**: Evaluate participants’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback to ensure knowledge retention and skill development.
- **Stay Current**: Continuously stay updated on new tools, techniques, and trends in the digital marketing field and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
- **One-on-One Guidance**: Provide individualized support to participants to help them understand complex concepts or troubleshoot challenges they face.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work with organizations or individuals to tailor training programs to their specific needs and business goals.
- **Monitor Success**: Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content or methods based on feedback and performance.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather participant feedback to improve training quality and address any gaps in learning.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of current digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Previous experience in teaching or training, ideally in a classroom or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to learners with varying levels of experience.
- Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
