**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an In-House Counsel at OrangeMR in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for legal matters, contracts, compliance, and providing legal advice and support to the organization on a day-to-day basis.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree of Law.
- 10 years of experience in of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the product ecosystem and the broader technology industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, advisory, negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent people management, leadership, and written/verbal communication skills.

**Role**:

- Carefully review and analyze various contracts applicable for various lines of business of the Company, including but not limited to procurement agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, lease agreements, MSAs, SaaS contracts, terms of service, etc.
- Prepare, draft, and revise contracts to protect the interests of the company, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contract terms with external parties.
- Developing and implementing processes and controls that address applicable privacy and data protection requirements for India and abroad including GDPR, COPPA, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, IT, etc.) to structure, negotiate, and close complex deals.
- Handle disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters, when necessary, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to the aviation sector.
- Manage external legal counsel for specialized matters and provide oversight as needed.

Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
