Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management:

- Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of interior and tile installation projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Technical Oversight:

- Interpret and execute design blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered on-site.
- Material & Resource Management:

- Ensure the availability of required materials and tools at the site.
- Monitor the usage of resources and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for material deliveries as per project requirements.
- Quality Control & Assurance:

- Inspect workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.Perform precise measurements and calculations for project layout, material requirements, and structural assessments. Compile and analyze data to produce accurate reports and documentation.
- Oversee and coordinate installation teams to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor work progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Address and resolve on-site issues or delays in collaboration with project managers /Engineers.
- Ensure that all work activities adhere to engineering standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress updates, incident reports, and modifications to project plans.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to senior engineers and project managers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment on-site.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a Site Engineer role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in measurement tools, calculation techniques, and civil engineering software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 -5 year hands-on experience in managing site activities
- Experience in similar industry is a plus
- Languages to be known Mandatory
- Kannada, Hindi, English

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
