**Key Responsibilities**
- **Labour Management**:

- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Manage payment details and provide on-the-job training.
- Track performance and ensure high productivity.
- **Site Operations**:

- Provide daily work updates and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain site safety and quality standards.
- Handle on-site challenges and implement solutions promptly.
- **Inventory & Materials**:

- Maintain a material list and track site inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for material orders and deliveries.
- Ensure timely and proper handling of materials.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collect necessary signatures for billing and maintain site records.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and delivery partners.
- Manage operations for new clients and support cross-team initiatives.
- **Mobility & Flexibility**:

- Work at multiple site locations as needed.
- Must have a valid driving license for site commutes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Prior experience in site supervision or construction operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and material management.
- Ability to manage labour and site operations effectively.
- Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
