**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in your designated territory by building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. This role requires regular field visits to identify new business opportunities, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets. You will be expected to represent the company, generate leads, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Actively identify, prospect, and convert potential leads into customers. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new features, benefits, and competitive positioning, to effectively pitch products and services.
- **Market Research**: Gather competitive and market insights to better position the company’s offerings. Identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on performance and sales pipeline status.
- **Client Visits**: Conduct regular visits to client locations, follow-up meetings, and field demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Handle contract negotiations and closing of sales. Be proficient in presenting pricing and contractual terms in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts and target achievement updates to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams, including marketing and support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in field sales or business development, with at least [X] years of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, plan sales activities, and prioritize opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- years of experience in a similar sales role (field sales experience preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
