**SUMMARY**:
**MNSS Hospital, Mathura **is looking to hire a team of qualified and professional **Staff Nurses (ICU)** to provide primary healthcare within our hospital. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, as well as planning of care and subsequent recovery. You should possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills with all role players.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Restores and promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process.
- Provides high quality patient care.
- Takes care of admission and discharge of patients.
- Provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
- Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their families.
- Takes care of administration of medicines and injection.
- Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.
- Uses technical procedures e.g. enemata, Catheterization, dressing, oxygen, therapy etc.
- Ensures collection labeling and dispatching of specimens.
- Ensures distribution of diets, milk etc.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled substance regulations.
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**STAFF NURSE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Nursing Degree (preferably General Nursing and Midwifery - G.N.M.) or Diploma.
- Post qualification nursing experience of minimum 1 year in ICU of a reputed hospital/nursing home.
- Valid G.N.M. registration.
- Able to work in a multicultural team.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Continue professional development activities.
- Maintain meticulous records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
