Responsible for overall service orientation towards patients.

To handle the patient's query over the phone and at the clinic.

Daily follow-ups with Old Patients And New Patients.

Update the client records in CRM.

To coordinate with doctor and client to make the process smooth.

Calling on hot leads and booking the new packages for treatment.

Preparing daily reports

Customer Service and Satisfaction are the main focus.

**Requirement**:
Good communication skills
Presentable Personality
Computer knowledge (MS Office - Basics of Word & Excel)

**Experience of at least 2 years in a reputed skin clinic.**

Working knowledge of CRM and google spreadsheet will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
