**Job Title**: Liasioning Officer - Government Department (Manpower Outsourcing)

**Location**: Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Government officials and departments.
- Identify and facilitate manpower outsourcing requirements for Government Departments.
- Ensure adherence to all Government regulations, compliance standards, and tendering processes.
- Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with Government officials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external officials.
- Stay updated with Government policies, rules, and regulations related to manpower outsourcing.
- Resolve queries and challenges promptly.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 10+ Years proven experience in Liasioning with Government departments, specifically related to manpower outsourcing.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Government tender processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

**Note**:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
