Job Title: Laser Hair Removal Technician

Job Summary:
A Laser Hair Removal Technician is responsible for providing laser hair removal treatments to clients. The technician should have a good understanding of laser physics and be able to operate laser equipment safely and effectively. They should also be able to communicate effectively with clients and maintain accurate documentation of client treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct consultations with clients to discuss their laser hair removal needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform laser hair removal treatments on clients using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ensure that clients are comfortable and safe throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments and progress.
- Educate clients on aftercare instructions and follow-up appointments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when operating laser equipment.
- Maintain laser equipment and perform regular maintenance and calibration.
- Promote laser hair removal services to clients and generate new business through referrals and marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a laser hair removal training program.
- State certification or licensure as a Laser Hair Removal Technician.
- Knowledge of laser physics and optics.
- Experience in operating laser equipment and performing laser hair removal treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations when working with lasers.
- Understanding of basic skincare and hair growth patterns.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must have good vision and be able to distinguish colors.
