In this role, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and measurement of our in-house social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. You will also assist in pulling off several virtual and physical events.

B2B marketing does not have to be boring, and Pepper Content stands for that. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in content creation, social media, and content marketing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include the following:
1. Ideate content and prepare a structured content calendar to execute plans seamlessly.
- 2. Strategise campaigns and coordinate with the design and video team to execute them.
- 3. Collaborate within and outside the team to reach out to marketers and different organizations in the industry for live sessions, collaborations, and partnerships.
- 4. Write original and engaging copy for creatives
- 5. Write and shoot content for reels

We are looking for people with the following:
1. Exceptional creative thinking and research skills.
- 2. Passion for social media and a basic understanding of major social media platforms
- 3. Knack for content writing and copywriting
- 4. Ability to take ownership of work
- 5. Have a basic knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry
- 6. Be open to learning.
