- **Identifying and Evaluating Land**:Researching and assessing potential land parcels based on project requirements, considering factors like location, size, zoning, and feasibility.
- **Negotiating and Securing Land**:Negotiating with landowners, government officials, and other stakeholders to secure land for projects, potentially involving purchase, lease, or other agreements.
- **Due Diligence**:Conducting thorough investigations and due diligence on land, including reviewing titles, assessing environmental conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:Ensuring that land acquisitions comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits.
- **Managing Budgets**:Developing and managing budgets for land acquisition, including purchase costs, legal fees, and other expenses.
- **Building Relationships**:Fostering positive relationships with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- **Reporting and Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of land agreements, permits, and other relevant documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**:Typically a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, law, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Experience in land acquisition, real estate, or related fields is usually required.
- **Skills**:Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- **Knowledge**:Familiarity with land law, real estate regulations, and local zoning laws is crucial.
- **Other Skills**:Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment are also important.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
