Legal Trainee

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Legal Research**: Conduct legal research on various corporate and commercial matters, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, contract law, employment law, and corporate governance. Summarize findings and provide concise reports to the legal team for decision-making.
- **Drafting and Reviewing Documents**: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Contract Management**: Support the legal team in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including monitoring renewal dates, ensuring compliance, and updating contract databases.
- **Compliance**: Help monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Participate in compliance training and awareness initiatives to educate employees about legal requirements.
- **Corporate Governance**:Assist in matters related to corporate governance, including board meetings, resolutions, and corporate filings.
- **Intellectual Property**: Support the legal team in matters related to intellectual property protection, such as trademark and copyright registration, and handling infringement issues.
- **Legal Support**:Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including maintaining files, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in legal training programs to enhance your legal knowledge and professional skills.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualifications.
- Strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in corporate law and commercial matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
0-1 Years of experience can apply.
**Freshers willing to learn corporate laws can apply.**
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
