We are looking for a Company Secretary Trainee who will work closely with our Compliance Head and Merchant Banking team to ensure that all statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements are met efficiently. The role offers hands-on exposure to capital market compliance, SEBI regulations, and IPO documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and filing of documents with ROC, SEBI, and Stock Exchanges.

Support in DRHP/Due Diligence documentation and Merchant Banking compliance.

Maintain statutory registers and records as per Companies Act, 2013.

Draft board resolutions, minutes, and notices for Board/Committee meetings.

Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulators for various filings.

Ensure compliance under SEBI (ICDR), LODR, and Merchant Banker Regulations.

Support the team in pre-IPO and post-IPO compliance activities.

Research and update on recent amendments in company law and SEBI circulars.

Qualifications

Pursuing Company Secretary (Executive or Professional Programme) from ICSI.

Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance norms.

Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
