Heart It Out is a mental health and well-being initiative that is committed to making mental healthcare accessible to 1.5 billion people across India. Our therapeutic services, products, and events are created to cater to the well-being of our community.
Heart It Out has taken an active stride ahead in Indian mental health with technological improvements and the bridging of current and traditional means of accessibility in mental health. We aim to make everyone aware of the necessity of getting mental health care and being attentive to how they conduct their daily lives. Over the years, mental health concerns have become increasingly prevalent, so much so that we are compelled to want to make people aware of them.
The Events team organises various events and workshops related to mental health, to make sure that everyone understands and is well-informed about how to take care of their mental health. Backed by extensive research and filled with worthwhile activities, the events team makes it a priority to help people understand how they can seek professional treatment, engage in self-care, and educate themselves on various facets of mental health. With how advanced the world has become, our societies are actively looking to learn more about themselves and how they can take care of their well-being. Through our events, we encourage people to take on a life of mindfulness with valuable knowledge that they can carry forth for a lifetime. You would play a very important role in supporting that drive.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop content needed for events at Heart It Out such as Focus Group Sessions, workshops, interviews, Together Times, Brainsnacks, etc.
Develop session content for learning, well-being and fun capsules under Heart It Out’s Corporate Well-being Programme - Ignite.
Co-facilitate events conducted at Heart It Out such as Focus Group Sessions, workshops, interviews, Together Times, Brainsnacks, etc.
Co-facilitate learning, well-being and fun capsules for corporate clients as part of the Ignite programme.
Attend weekly run-throughs and review meetings.
- Communicate effectively with the events department and meet deadlines for tasks assigned in a prompt and efficient manner.
- EligibilityMust have obtained or is pursuing a degree in Psychology and related fields
Must have impressive content creation and research skills
Must have excellent facilitation and communication skills
Must be good at / open to learning processes
Must take accountability for the tasks assigned
Is Inclined to take initiative
Must have good interpersonal skills
- Working ConditionsThis is an internship at Heart It Out that requires you to dedicate 4 hours of your time to it on weekdays.
