Role Overview:
As a Sales Assistant within our brand management company, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and onboard new clients who are interested in developing their brands or expanding their franchising business. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our clients. This role requires a combination of sales skills, market research, and client relationship management.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients in the brand development and franchising industry.
Utilize various channels, including online research, industry events, social media, and cold calling, to generate leads.
Client Outreach:
Present our company's services and value proposition effectively.
Build rapport with clients and maintain a professional and consultative approach throughout the sales process.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific brand development or franchising requirements.
Analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their unique business objectives.
Proposal Creation:
Prepare and present compelling proposals that outline our services and how they address the client's needs.
Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop customized solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with potential clients.
Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in brand development and franchising.
Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market research.
Sales Reporting:
Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Training and Development:
Stay updated on our company's services and industry knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other sales team members and departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Knowledge of brand management and franchising concepts is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn about evolving industry trends.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: ₹9,742.06 - ₹30,217.24 per month
