**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and marketing of control panels across India
- Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Prepare and submit sales, marketing, and order activity reports
- Develop strategic marketing plans and implement segment-specific initiatives
- Ensure timely payment collections from clients
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ products and market trends
- Maintain strong product/service reputation in the marketplace
- Conduct and participate in trade shows, events, and customer meetings
- Liaise between sales and other departments for coordinated efforts
- Budget planning and expense control
- Mentor and train team members for improved performance
- Prepare MIS reports on sales volume, client data, and growth projections

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. - Electrical
- Prior experience in control panel sales preferred
- Familiar with engineering drawings, fabrication, and manufacturing systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of budgets, forecasts, and sales reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
