Title: Role - Merchant Help Desk Operations - Associate

About the team: QR, Soundbox and EDC (MHD) team handles merchant queries and concerns on QR code and

Soundbox related like Payment, settlement, device related issues etc.

make sure the daily task is being closed within the defined TAT with good merchant experience.

Expectations/ Requirements:

- Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture
- cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
- Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project
- Smart thinking and clear communication
- be a brand ambassador for Paytm - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, and Stay Relevant
- Troubleshoot merchant problems, identifies the request and takes appropriate measure as per the

guidelines
- Languages - English, Hindi and any 1 regional language is a plus
- Excellent merchant service skills that build high levels of merchant satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
