ETL PROFESSIONALS(Informatica)

Looking for Informatica/SSIS Developers/Leads/Architects with Healthcare knowledge [Preferably Health Plan Payer systems like HR Payor, FACETS or Metavance] and 5 to 15years of IT experience

Expert level of experience in ETL
- Nice to have good experience in XML and Webservice transformations
- Good understanding on SQL and Stored Procedures

Experience in B2B Integration projects Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Should be good team player and able to lead a team of 6+ members
- Should be able to understand legacy ETL codes and re-design it to meet performance and best practices standards
- Should be able to troubleshoot and identify the translation issues when data transferred from source to target
- Should be able to write technical design on the requirements, which can be used by the developers
- Support developers to produce ETL code which meet standards and best practices
- Consult with users, and their management & technical personnel to clarify and validate business requirements
- Should be able to implement data integration best practices and conventions
- Should be able to identify potential problems and proactively suggest changes and solutions
- Should be able to act as a reference for the data integration and reporting solution
- Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team
- Top 3 Mandatory Skills:
ETL development - Minimum 8+ years

Healthcare domain - Minimum 2years

Any ETL tools Eg:

- Informatica/Teradata/Talend/SSIS/Data warehousing
