**Assisting Tele callers Team to understand Courses and to develop their calling scripts**:
- **Convincing Direct visitors / Tele Callers' footfalls on their queried course on admission, after their eligibility Verification such as PCB/PCM, Arts or entrance exam qualification or Allotted seat through counseling,**:
- **To serve as Career and Counselling Procedural guidance Helpdesk in connect /support of college/department,**:
- **To pitch & convince for set priority courses first Query Generation from parents, Guardian, consultants connect**:
- **Connecting all footfalls / visitors / Inbound query calls/ Ad campaigns queries within TAT,**:
- **Guiding complete Admission process from Entrance Exam registration to counseling all rounds participation,**:
- **Ensuring smooth flow joining of student to the allotted course as per defined process & guidelines.**:
- **Updating Leads in MIS stage wise**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad - 201009, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
