**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining records, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Organize and manage client and team data using appropriate tools and software.
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory and office supplies, ensuring smooth operations.

**Telecalling Duties**:

- Explain products, services, and offers clearly and professionally to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes, updating the CRM system regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
- Coordinate with external vendors or clients as needed for smooth business operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administration and/or telecalling, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Tamil proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
