**Job Title: Telecaller - Fluent English Speaker**
(Velammal Nexus Schools)

**Location**:Mogappair, Chennai

**Job Type**:Full-Time | Monday to Saturday

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents regarding school admissions and share information about our campuses.
- Handle inbound calls and address queries related to academics, admissions, transport, and other general matters.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM/admission register with accurate lead details.
- Follow up with leads regularly and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Academic, Transport, Admin) to resolve parent concerns.
- Ensure a professional and courteous tone in all conversations to reflect the Velammal brand.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate (Preferred - English, Mass Communication, BBA, MBA)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telecalling/customer support, preferably in the education or service sector
- **Language**: Fluent English (mandatory); Tamil & Hindi (Added Advantage)

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Clear and pleasant telephone voice
- Active listening and problem-solving attitude
- Patience, professionalism, and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in school/college admissions or customer care is a plus

**Work Timings**:
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

**Salary Range**:
₹20,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on experience and communication skills)
