**Position Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **User Interface Design**:

- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites, mobile apps, and software products.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

2. **User Experience Optimization**:

- Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences and design implementation.

3. **Branding and Visual Design**:

- Design graphics, icons, and other visual assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products.

4. **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, usability guidelines, and emerging technologies.
- Test designs for usability and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure project alignment.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

**Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills**:

- **Design Tools**: Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
- **Prototyping Tools**: Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
- **UI/UX Knowledge**: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
- **Front-End Basics (preferred)**: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with developers.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of usability testing tools like Hotjar or UserTesting.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
