The ICU staff is responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients admitted in the Intensive Care Unit. They ensure continuous monitoring, timely interventions, and coordination with doctors and healthcare teams to deliver safe and quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, medical conditions, and progress.
- Provide direct nursing care including administering medications, IV therapy, ventilator support, and other critical care procedures.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, charts, and reports.
- Operate and manage ICU medical equipment (ventilators, defibrillators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.).
- Ensure infection control protocols and safety measures are strictly followed.
- Provide emotional support and communication to patients’ families regarding the patient’s condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Respond quickly and effectively in medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, or trauma cases.
- Participate in training, drills, and continuous medical education for skill enhancement.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent medical qualification.
- Prior experience in ICU/Critical Care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, equipment, and protocols.
- Excellent decision-making and quick response skills in emergencies.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
