**B. Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
- Develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, administrators, and other departments for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure high standards of care.

**C. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation**:

- **B.Sc. Nursing (BSN) / M.Sc. Nursing (MSN) / Doctorate in Nursing (DNP)** preferred.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of nursing experience, with **5+ years** in a managerial or leadership role.
- **Certifications & Licenses**:

- **Registered Nurse (RN) License** (valid state license).

**Key Skills**:

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management.
- Knowledge of hospital administration and healthcare policies.
- Ability to handle crises and emergency situations.
