Housekeeping Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms, treatment areas, and public spaces.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate with management for inventory needs.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping (preferably in hotels, resorts, or wellness centres).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Good communication and guest service orientation.
- Ability to work in a heritage/wellness hospitality environment.
