**Responsibilities -**

Scheduling and arranging appointments with the customers/clients

Reception and Job Order creation

Co-ordinate between the customer & garage

Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with garages

Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery

Vehicle on-time delivery and billing to customer

Planning of Existing and new customer acquisition

planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction

Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management

Process implementation for cost control

**Skills Required**:
Degree or Diploma in Automobile Segment

Communication skills & good knowledge of the Auto Service.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Service Advisor: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- 2 wheelers License (preferred)
