As a CDP Solution Architect, you will act as CDP SME during different customer engagement cycles like discovery, scoping and Work breakdown for complex delivery projects. You will plan, design, and lead the team to integrate CDP into larger MarTech stack - all while working directly with the client to ensure that the CDP is implemented and managed in such a way that ensure quick time to value and alignment with business requirements. Your job is to capture business requirements and use cases, develop comprehensive recommendations, design architecture, and provide detailed technical design, while also identifying critical dependencies and gaps in the customer’s stack, helping them to understand CDP capabilities and the transformative power of liberated data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for CDP platforms (BlueConic CDP experience is a huge asset)
- Engage with clients and help to achieve/exceed goals and metrics while providing insight to CDP best practices for B2B, B2C and DTC business models
- Lead CDP preparation, implementation, expansion and run-operate projects and engagements, helping Verticurl customers implement CDP and activate best in class use cases leading to global CDP adoption within their organizations
- Engage in building of a CDP capability team and lead KT/mentorship programs to help scale CDP technical and functional knowledge within Verticurl Delivery Services
- Align closely with Client Services teams and partner in business development activities such as scoping, engagement plan development and project staffing
- Act as an escalation point as it relates to CDP projects via Project Support Requests

**Requirements**:
**Must Have**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of CDP platform experience (SaaS CDP Solutions such as BlueConic, Tealium Audience Stream, Adobe AEP, Segment, mParticle, Lytics, Boxever, BlueShift, SessionM, Redeye, etc.)
- Experience with CDP implementation within a larger MarTech stack, and transition to Run-Operate state
- Should have experience with Python.

**Desired Core Skills**:

- Experience and technical proficiency in digital marketing technologies (e.g. MAP, DMP, CRM), database technology (e.g. data lake, data warehouse), and fluency in at least two of those disciplines.
- Experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based apps/infrastructure
- Understanding of AI technology and Machine Learning capabilities with strong technical background
- Knowledge of large scale big data ingestion
