Job Title: Tele Sales (CRM) Executive

Location: Pune

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to farmers and potential customers.
- Promote AgriVijay’s energy-based Agri solutions and convert leads.
- Update and manage customer data using CRM tools.
- Assist with queries, build rapport, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in tele sales or Agri-marketing (freshers can apply).
- Must be fluent in Marathi (spoken and understood).
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Passionate about agriculture and empowering farmers.
