Job Description - IT-Administrator
Information technology (IT) administrators maintain a company's IT network, servers,
and security systems. They work in a company's IT department and may manage ticket
queues and set departmental priorities. They travel to remote sites and customer
locations to resolve issues with software and hardware. They oversee organisations’
computer systems, manage IT teams, maintain information systems and networks,
upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting.
What responsibilities are common for IT-Administrator jobs?
- Provide basic support for software, hardware, peripherals, and network access.
- Escalate critical issues/bugs to necessary parties including IT, Application

Support and/or developers for resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of systems and network.
- Support CRM structure to align with overall corporate strategy and business unit

needs.
- Track, prioritise and document requests using an IT support request system.
- Provide technical support, advice and documentation to the Corporate IT team
- Install and configure new servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
- Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases, track

requirements, provide status and ensure quality of solution throughout the
project.
- Handle hardware and software failures for field personnel and make quick and

efficient decisions to properly identify the problem and correct.
- Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end users, ability

to perform basic troubleshooting and assist users through simple procedures.
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all end-user devices and

equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications for IT-Administrator jobs
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or

information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in a variety of programming languages, software, and systems.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and similar agile project management tools.
- Able to work in an environment using cloud systems.
- Comfortable with Enterprise Resource Planning programs and tools.
- Strong computing and scripting skills.
- 1-2 Years working Experience

Salary - To be discussed and will be at par with Industry Standard

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
