- Prepare to handle customer phone calls, offering support and service information.
- Commit to a full-time schedule, working six days a week, with availability from 9 AM to 5 PM Toronto local time.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a high-quality PC.
- Availability to work 9 hours a day, six days a week, according to Toronto local time.
- No prior experience in auto parts necessary; training will be provided.
