The Marketing Assistant will primarily focus on engaging with schools and colleges to promote Brand Awareness. This role requires a proactive, organized, and energetic individual who is passionate about marketing and education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and events with educational stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials tailored to the education sector, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the education sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic outreach plans targeting educational institutions.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to represent the company and build connections within the education community.
- Provide support for educational programs, workshops, and initiatives aimed at students, teachers, and administrators.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns targeting the education sector, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about developments in the education sector, including changes in curriculum, policies, and technologies, and assess their impact on marketing strategies.
- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or sales, with a focus on the education sector preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel and attend events outside of regular business hours, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
