Interior Site Supervisor

As we expand, we are looking to hire an experienced **Interior Site Supervisor** to join our team and ensure the successful execution of interior works in our prestigious projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision & Management**:

- Oversee and manage all interior construction activities for high-rise buildings, ensuring adherence to the project timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of interior works.
- Monitor daily site activities, providing guidance and direction to on-site workers and contractors.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all interior works (finishing, fixtures, fittings, etc.) meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Implement corrective actions in case of discrepancies or defects in workmanship.
- Ensure the proper use of materials and resources, and minimize wastage.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all interior work activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety audits and address any potential hazards or violations on the job site.
- **Client Liaison**:

- Act as the point of contact between clients and the project team for all interior-related queries and approvals.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients, addressing any concerns or special requests in a timely manner.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with internal teams, including procurement, engineering, and design, to ensure that all interior materials and finishes are available on time.
- Resolve any issues that may arise on-site, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of work progress, including site logs, quality reports, and inspection documents.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the project manager and senior management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision for interior works, preferably with a real estate developer handling high-rise buildings
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise large teams of contractors and laborers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Certifications**: Health & Safety Certification (e.g., OSHA) preferred.
