We are looking for a confident and well-spoken **Female** **Office Coordinator**to oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office operations, maintain records, professional telephone etiquette, and strong follow-up skills to ensure timely payment updates and smooth processing
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records & Filing systems.
- Follow up on payment status, pending invoices, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and payment follow-ups
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream; additional administrative certification is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi and Kannada)
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
