**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for use across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- **Content Creation**: Generate creative ideas and concepts for engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- **Podcast Production**: Set up and operate recording equipment for podcast sessions, ensuring high-quality audio and visual output.
- **Educational Videos**: Collaborate with our team to create informative and educational videos covering topics such as beauty tips, tutorials, product demonstrations, etc.
- **Equipment Management**: Manage and maintain all video equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and accessories.
- **Post-Production**: Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard software to produce polished and professional final products.
- **Content Optimization**: Stay updated on current trends and best practices in video production and social media marketing to optimize content for maximum engagement and reach.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our marketing team to align video content with our overall brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in a similar role within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A passion for beauty, fashion, and creative content creation.
