**Role Summary**:
Housivity is seeking a talented and dynamic **Videographer** to join our Mumbai team. This is an on-field creative role where you'll be responsible for capturing compelling visuals of real estate properties, brand stories, short-form content, and testimonials. You should be passionate about storytelling through the lens and know how to turn ordinary scenes into visually engaging narratives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shoot **property walkthroughs, interviews, brand reels, and promotional videos** in a variety of settings.
- Plan shot sequences, scout angles, and manage camera setups for the best framing and lighting.
- Ensure high-quality footage with proper use of **DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, and audio gear**.
- Collaborate with the content and editing teams to execute video scripts and creative briefs.
- Travel to different project sites and client locations within Mumbai for scheduled shoots.
- Organize and maintain camera gear and backup footage regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in handling **DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and basic lighting setups**.
- Sound understanding of camera angles, compositions, natural and artificial lighting, and audio recording.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently on-field with mínimal supervision.
- A **portfolio or showreel** is mandatory to be considered for this role.
