Site Management: Take charge of the overall site management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the on-site workforce, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management team, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of resources, equipment, and materials required for the project. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.

Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols on the construction site. Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of workmanship, materials, and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes. Take corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.

Budget and Resource Management: Assist in managing the project budget by closely monitoring expenses, tracking resource allocation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality. Maintain accurate records of site activities and expenses.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, work logs, incident reports, and other necessary records. Provide regular reports to the project manager regarding site progress, challenges, and recommendations.
